Registration and eligibility
  •  Persons who have not yet reached the age of 18, or persons otherwise restricted in their legal capacity, require the written consent of their legal representatives (parents or guardians) to register and use the app, which must be obtained in advance of the planned event and the associated use of the app and handed over to the organizer upon request. For this purpose, the terms of use taken here as well as a form for confirming the consent to use the app are provided in advance.
  •  If you are under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must have read and agreed to the terms of this Agreement. By agreeing to these Terms of Use, you acknowledge that a parent or guardian has read and agreed to this Agreement.
Safe and Appropriate Use
  •  You agree that your use of the App is at your own risk and that you will not use the App to violate any applicable law, regulation or instruction under these Terms of Use, nor will you encourage or enable any other person to do so.
  •  In addition, you agree that you will not provide any unlawful, inappropriate or commercial content in connection with your use of the App.
  •  You agree that you will maintain safe and appropriate contact with other users and others in the real world in connection with your use of the App. You will not threaten or otherwise violate the rights of others.
Account Suspension and Termination
  •  We may, in our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to and use of the App at any time without prior notice, including, without limitation, if you fail to comply with the Terms of Use or we suspect misuse of Content by you.

  •  By uploading, you grant the National Museums in Berlin - Prussian Cultural Heritage unlimited rights of use to the photographs for a period of four weeks for use within the Snapture app.
  •  You guarantee that the uploaded photographs are free of third-party rights, in particular personal rights and copyrights, and indemnify the client against possible third-party claims for infringement of copyrights or other rights.
