3. Data Categories
- We store the following data:
- The name you selected when opening the application
- Membership in a user group
- Photos taken by you, including the time and title of image given when uploading
- No other data is processed or required by us.
4. Legal basis and purpose of data processing
- Storage of the selected name and membership in a group is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para.1 lit. e GDPR and is necessary for the intended operation of the application.
- Data storage when uploading photos is based on the consent of the user, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.
- If you upload images with our application, the time of creation and the title of the image selected by you will be stored with the photo. Storage of this data serves to make images available to other members of your group.
- With regard to the photos you take, you are responsible for safeguarding the personal rights of any persons who may be depicted, and the copyrights of any works depicted.
- By uploading an image you confirm that you have cleared all personal rights and copyrights and grant us the necessary rights to publish the photo. Publication will only take place within the application in your own group.
5. Storage Period
- Data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected. This is usually four weeks after the completion of a game, in order to finish a game not yet been completed by then.
6. Recipients
- Data is stored on the servers of Playersjourney UG on behalf of the Prussian Cultural Heritage Foundation (Stiftung Preußischer Kulturbesitz) and is not passed on to third parties.
7. Your Rights as a Data Subject
- Under the conditions of Art. 15-18, Art. 20, 21 GDPR, you have a right to information, to the correction or deletion of your personal data, to the restriction of processing as well as to data portability and to object to processing based on Art. 6 (1) lit. e GDPR.
- You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority about the processing of your personal data by us (Art. 77 GDPR). The Federal Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (BfDI) is responsible for the Prussian Cultural Heritage Foundation (Stiftung Preußischer Kulturbesitz).
